Ogallah LC is formulated to be the platform for discovery, origination, structuring, presenting, funding, and servicing private subscriber-member investments. We welcome investor subscribers and entrepreneurs and business borrowers.
Ogallah was made by necessity. We find that mainstream investing is contrived to be complex and confusing. With extraordinary expense, and advice from dubiously compensated advisers. In short as an investor, or a business loan borrower, we are forced to rely on the narrow view of established banks, hedge funds, insurance companies, who have little interest in loans or investments , with scant or slanted information, and have their own best interests at heart. Ogallah LC has a specific philosophy platform, one which differentiates Ogallah from all others.
Ogallah believes that synergy between the faith of the investor, the determination, ideas, and savvy of the qualified management. Ogallah provides and remains cognizant of this compatibility, necessary for a successful conclusion. Ogallah can do this economically and efficiently returning higher yields for investors and corresponding savings for the borrowing entity to reducing stress and strengthen the bottom line.
Ogallah is designed as a syndicated member lender. A Quasi-Lloyd's of London arrangement. Where members, engage in discussion, and discernment, including loan structure, rate, and term, based on a round table discussion. Not all investments are right for each investor. Decision to participate is left to the individual member, but the value of the input from each member is valued and considered.
