Philosophy of investments

          We see the relationships between Ogallah and its investors as a closely held trust. We share the same goals, We get paid by the success of the investment. Ogallah has a stake in all investments and services all investments. Ogallah is "first in" and "last out".  Our number one consideration, " How do we and the investors get paid?"  We are cognizant of this responsibility. Ogallah takes the time and the extra effort to understand our loan origination's,  the goals, the pratfalls, and required expertise necessary for operator to succeed. We focus on loan to value, cash-flow as it as demonstrated currently, projections forward and the consummate ability of the management . We do not try to re-invent the wheel, and assume "what if".  Ogallah provides the investor the depth of our knowledge. We provide the sum of that knowledge in a “capsule” of information for each loan.  The Investor’s opinion of these investments are of keen interest. You see we want you to join us and stay with us!  Opinions shared,  vision of the borrower, the investment crafted by us, finally, the investors opinion,  combine for a word.....compatibility.  Ogallah believes that compatibility  creates a defend-able and  knowledgeable value. A “look through” environment. This is Ogallah's philosophy.
